Philippe Starck's design really comes through here—that airy, open glass globe makes the visible bulb feel like a floating sculpture in my hallway. It's the first bollard lamp I've owned that draws compliments instead of just casting light.

The glass globe catches the light beautifully at dusk, and the visible bulb gives it that clean, gallery-like look I was after. Installation took me ten minutes tops, and the base feels solid enough to withstand our windy patio.
