The oval shape throws a really soft, even glow across my dining room without any harsh glare. Installation was straightforward and it sits close enough to the ceiling that it doesn't crowd the space. Exactly the modern look I wanted.

The semi-flushmount sits close to the ceiling, which was exactly what I needed for our low hallway. The soft glow it throws is warm without being dim, and the shape looks way more expensive than it was.

Swapped out our old builder-grade fixture for this and the difference is obvious immediately. The semi-flushmount sits close to the ceiling so it works great in our low basement, and the rounded shape throws a soft even glow instead of a harsh hotspot. Should've replaced that ugly thing years ago.
