The fabric drum shade really softens the light in our hallway, no more harsh glare when I walk past at night. Installation took me maybe twenty minutes with the included hardware. It's a semi-flushmount, so it sits close to the ceiling without looking cramped in our low room.

Swapped out the old boob light in our hallway for this and the difference is night and day. The semi-flushmount sits close to the ceiling so it doesn't crowd the narrow space, and the fabric drum gives off this warm, even glow instead of harsh shadows. Install took maybe twenty minutes.

The fabric drum shade softens the light in our dining room way more than I expected, and the semi-flushmount sits low enough to feel cozy without crowding the table. Installation was straightforward and it instantly made the space feel less builder-basic.
