Didn't expect a task light to be this sculptural, the three conical shades just sit there looking like art on my desk. The swivel joints are stiff enough that it stays exactly where I aim it instead of drooping overnight.
The three cones swivel so I can point light exactly where I need it, whether I'm reading or working on my laptop. It's heavier than it looks, which keeps it from tipping when I adjust the angles. Ended up buying a second one for my desk at work.
Bought this mostly for the look, and the conical shape doesn't disappoint in person. The swivel at each cone joint lets me aim light right at my keyboard without moving the whole lamp. Only gripe is the cord is a bit short for where my desk sits, but otherwise solid.
