The night light is the real winner here—it casts just enough glow to find the outlet in a dark hallway without being blinding. I installed it in the bathroom and the self-test ran quietly with no flicker, and the tamper-resistant shutters feel solid when plugging in.

The night light is the reason I picked this outlet, and it’s subtle enough to guide you without lighting up the whole room—really useful for a hallway. Installation was straightforward, and the tamper-resistant shutters feel solid for when the grandkids come over.

Installed this in the bathroom last week and the integrated night light is such a subtle touch — it glows softly enough to guide you in without blinding anyone. The self-test function gives me peace of mind knowing it's checking itself, and the tamper resistant shutters feel sturdy when plugging in.
