The dome shade casts a surprisingly warm, even glow for something so sculptural, and the rechargeable base means I just pick it up and move it from desk to dinner table without hunting for an outlet. It feels like a little piece of design history, but it actually works for daily life.

Charging it is hassle-free since I can just pick it up and move it from the bedroom to the living room without hunting for an outle
