Hung this in our entryway and the semi-flushmount sits close to the ceiling, so it doesn't crowd the space like our old pendant did. The hand-painted white frame has a matte finish that keeps it from looking too shiny, and the textured petals give off a soft glow in the evening.

The fiberglass petals have a lovely texture that catches the light without looking kitschy, and the hand-painted frame feels solid. It took me about twenty minutes to install over our breakfast nook.
