The touchstrip dimmer right by the head is such a small thing but I use it constantly, no reaching around the base to adjust brightness mid-task. The bars fold into basically any position too, so I can aim light straight down at paperwork or angle it up for softer room glow.

The three-bar design actually lets me bend the light right over my keyboard instead of craning my neck up at a screen. And having the touchstrip dimmer right on the head means I'm not fumbling around the base every time I want to dim it at night.

I've had this lamp for about three weeks now and the touchstrip dimmer near the head is genuinely handy, I don't have to reach for a base switch anymore. The three-bar setup bends into pretty much any position I need for late-night reading.
