A relative of the Eliza Ceiling Fan, the Atlas by Matthews Fan Co. now presents its rodless companion: the Eliza-H Flushmount Ceiling Fan. As a close-to-ceiling flushmount fan, the Eliza-H features a powerful 8-inch body that carries an ultra-quiet DC motor and a 56-inch blade span. Its blade shape maximizes air flow at the outer edge, allowing the fan to work with highly efficient air velocity and less blade drag. With its sleek style and technical form, the Eliza-H Flushmount Ceiling Fan combines modern utility with industrial beauty.

Our ceilings are only eight feet, so the rodless flushmount was the main reason I went with this fan. It sits close enough that I don't feel like I'm going to bump my head, and the airflow is surprisingly strong for something so compact.

The flushmount design is a lifesaver for my low kitchen ceiling—it’s out of the way but still moves air perfectly while I’m cooking. The rodless look is cleaner than I pictured, and the install took under an hour. Exactly what I needed for that spot I couldn’t fit a regular fan.

The lack of a rod makes it sit so close to the ceiling that our kitchen feels taller, and the flushmount design really does keep the air moving without that bulky look. Installation was straightforward, and the finish matches our fixtures perfectly.
