Lunaria Chandelier

The way those coin-like petals float and twist around each other is genuinely mesmerizing—every time I walk past the kitchen it catches my eye in a new way. It's a modern sculpture first, a light fixture second, and the shadows it casts on the ceiling are almost as pretty as the piece itself.

Those coin-like petals catch the light from every angle and throw the softest shadows across my kitchen island. I keep catching myself staring up at it while I’m washing dishes. It really does feel like having a piece of modern sculpture floating over the dinner table.

The coin-like petals throw these little dancing shadows on the ceiling when the under-cabinet lights are on, and honestly it makes even a midnight snack feel fancy. Installation took me a bit, but the way it catches the eye from the living room is worth every minute.
